Jeff & Jon met in 2003 when their paths crossed in business. They agreed that the customer experience and results delivered by business partners should be better than it usually is…and we’ve set out to change that for our clients.

We listen well, and then we share our experience and expertise across topics of interest. With over 35 years in the technology and infrastructure marketplace, we’re able to iterate with our clients with creativity for impactful outcomes.
After graduating from RPI with a degree in Computer & Systems Engineering, Jeff went to a small financial services company in Greenwich, CT. He had incredible opportunities to make contributions in software development, network engineering, and systems engineering. For the last several years at the firm, he served as Chief Technology Officer. The company grew steadily to over 7k employees.
FactSet grew from 70 employees at the start to more than 7,500 employees during his tenure. Jeff served for 8 years as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for managing a team of over 500 employees with global responsibilities for Corporate IT, Network Engineering, Storage and System Administration, Operations, Security, Information Systems, and Quality Assurance. In his role as CTO, Jeff served as a member of the senior executive team managing the firm.
He has a unique background as a result of an engineering heritage blended with an intense exposure to technology culminating in technology leadership responsibility as an Executive Committee member of a large, publicly traded company.
Jonathan attended University in Denver Colorado – while there he began studying Aerospace Science and Applied Technologies, while at the same time working to get a private pilot’s license. Having started his first business at 12 years old his entrepreneurial spirit was always a strong driver and during college Jonathan was presented with a unique opportunity that he could not pass up. He moved back to Texas, his native state, and worked with a group of industry veterans to start an industrial distribution and logistics company, which in less than 2 years grew to 60 employees and 5.5M in annual revenue.
In 2003, a new opportunity to grow a business in the Tristate was presented and Jonathan uprooted and moved to Connecticut where he applied his growth and market acquisition expertise to an emerging technology and consulting business which he and his team grew to over $35M in annual revenues. After 14 years and over $450M in generated sales, Jonathan decided there was a new opportunity to disrupt the market.
